Overview
VxCloud operates 15+ regions across the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. When you choose a region, customer data (databases, object storage, file systems, backups, audit logs, platform metadata) is stored exclusively in that region. Cross-region replication is opt-in and explicit; there is no implicit copy of your data outside your chosen region.
For customers with strict sovereignty requirements — EU-only processing under GDPR, data localization laws in specific countries, or federal government requirements — we offer regional personnel access restrictions. Administrative access to your workspace can be restricted to staff located in specific jurisdictions. Combined with regional data residency, this provides sovereign-cloud-equivalent posture on commercial infrastructure.
